The prices indicated here reflect the minimum applicable rate for each standard service type. They do not include overtime, additional materials that may need to be rented (if applicable), and/or any other services beyond what has been specified above.
It is essential that the properties are ready for the photoshoot: proper cleanliness, staging completed, textiles in order, etc. Otherwise, a supplement of €50 will be applied for each room/space that needs rearranging.
It is advisable to book a date with a minimum of 2 business days in advance.
All sessions are subject to cancellation/modification due to weather conditions.
*STANDARD DIGITAL RETOUCHING includes:
Basic Cleaning, White Balance, Perspective Correction, Output Adjustments.
ADVANCED DIGITAL RETOUCHING adds:
Total Cleaning, Local Adjustments, Color Management, Color Cleaning.
HIGH-END DIGITAL RETOUCHING adds:
Curves, Advanced techniques for enhancing the final image, Corporate Feel.
These standard rates do not include modifications to the delivered images, nor do they cover assemblies and/or composites. If the client requests these, they will be quoted separately and according to the retouching hourly rate.
**DELIVERY TIMES: The specified deadlines begin counting from the next business day after the completion of the session.
It is possible to request the priority retouching service (2 business days) for a maximum of 10 images. The applied surcharge is €20/image + VAT.
DELIVERY FORMAT: Images are provided in JPG format optimized for web use (2000px on the longer side, 72 dpi, sRGB) and in full size and resolution (approximately 6000px on the longer side, 300 dpi, Adobe1998).
***TRAVEL FEES: Outside the indicated area: €0.50/km (up to 200 km round trip).

COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHTS
The photographer/videographer retains the authorship and intellectual property of all images created in the session/s.
INCLUDED USAGE RIGHTS with these rates:
Usage Time: indefinite
Type of Use: Website, Marketing, Agency, Social Media, Editorial, Offline Advertising, Trade Show Display, Posters, and Wall Display.
Geographic Location: worldwide
NOT INCLUDED USAGE RIGHTS with these rates:
Third-Party Usage: The third-party usage option is not included in the base rates. If third parties not associated with uses derived from the point indicated above wish to use the images for their own independent and exclusive advertising promotion, they must request the appropriate license.
CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Bank Transfer or Paypal (in the latter case, +5% on the base cost of the service). A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm the estimate and reserve the date if the reservation is made more than 10 days in advance of the session date. The remaining amount will be paid upon delivery of the work. With less than 10 days' notice, 100% payment is required in advance.
Once the specified amount for confirming the estimate is received, the corresponding invoice will be generated within 2 business days.
CANCELLATIONS / MODIFICATIONS*:
Cancellation with more than 10 days' notice incurs no additional charges. From 9 to 4 days, the client will pay 75% of the total budget value. From 3 to 1 day, the client will pay 100% of the budget.
*If the postponement/change of date depends on last-minute unfavorable weather conditions, these supplements will not apply. In the event that the forecast is unfavorable several days before the predetermined date and, even when informed, the client decides to proceed, there will be no right to any claim if, ultimately, the photoshoot cannot be carried out.
