I’ve built my lifestyle photography on my background as a hotel photographer and interiors specialist: architecture is the setting where I place people experiencing the space. This lets me create images that fit advertising campaigns and editorial work that rely on aspirational appeal, especially in hospitality and in premium and luxury real estate.
Collaboration with the brand is built into my workflow: we establish what we want to convey and the scope of the project, then the visual style. Production logistics come next and adapt to the particular conditions of the location and the team, to deliver on the brief.
I shoot wherever a commission takes me, in Spain or abroad, from my main bases in Malaga (Costa del Sol) and Madrid.
Over the two days of production of this advertising campaign for Fuerte Group Hotels, managed by the Madrid-based agency Fly Me To The Moon, we integrated the architecture and interior design of Daia Slow Beach Hotel in Conil (Andalusia, Spain) into the quiet luxury concept that defines the brand's hospitality proposal.
We opted for graphic, balanced compositions, incorporating figures within the spaces to bring a human, sensory and aspirational dimension, mixing architecture and lifestyle.
