During FITUR 2026 in Madrid, the Parisian company Keops Event, specialized in the design and production of stands and pop-up stores in Europe, presented the institutional space of Uganda. The photo session had a technical and documentary focus, aimed at generating archival material, technical documentation of stands, and corporate photography for the company.
The work was carried out on the day before the public opening, in an environment still under assembly. With constant transit of workers, structures being installed, visible wiring, and very tight schedules, it was necessary to plan with precision and adapt quickly. The images were completed in less than two hours, respecting the deadlines of the assembly team and avoiding interference in the completion of the stand.
The photoshoot focused on showcasing the structure, materials, and constructive solutions of the space. Nevertheless, the framing and composition were carefully considered so that the photographs could also be used in editorial and press contexts, in addition to their primary use in corporate websites and commercial dossiers.
This photographic project demonstrates the ability to produce technical and editorial images reliably, even under pressure and in complex environments, without compromising the operation of the stand. A key feature for clients like Keops Event, who need to document their work clearly and effectively at large-scale international fairs.
