Boat-Haus Flotel is a unique establishment in its kind, being Spain's first floating hotel. It is located facing the Rock of Gibraltar, in the La Alcaidesa Marina, in the town of La Línea de la Concepción. It offers about twenty houseboats, grouped into different accommodation categories according to the type of vessel. This establishment advocates for eco-sustainable tourism aimed at promoting the local environment and culture.

This reportage has been intense, fun, and, above all, a continuous learning experience. Taking interior photography and hospitality shots on the boats themselves and also on the connecting dock is not only demanding from a technical and compositional perspective, given the limited physical space to place the camera and flashes, but also because it requires compensating for all boat oscillations and any other movement, or the dock, to then carry out a simple and smooth post-production.

The images have been created both for Boat-Haus's own website, designed by Click To Travel, and for use in agencies and major online hotel booking portals.
